Right arm paceman makes impact on T20 debut
Kasun Rajitha was born on 1 June 1993 in the southern city of Matara. After making his first class debut for NCC in 2015, he was picked for the Sri Lanka Board President's XI vs the touring Indian team.
He made his Twenty20 International debut for Sri Lanka against India at Pune on 9 February 2016. He took 3-29 as India were all out for 101. Rajitha, who was an unknown quantity up to this point, made a name for himself and grabbed the man of the match award as a stunned India watched on.
