Holder leads win over Sri Lanka: 2016 Tri Nations No 2 (Harare)

Windies skipper Jason Holder led the way as they beat Sri Lanka by 62 runs.

Shannon Gabriel’s 3 for 31, Ashley Nurse’s 3 for 46 on debut supported Jason Holder’s (2 for 16) efforts as the Windies won with a bonus point. Earlier, the West Indies, who lost the toss, rode on Jonathan Carter’s 57 and handy contributions from Shai Hope (47) and Rovman Powell (44) to post 227.

West Indies 227 (Carter 54, Hope 47, Powell 44, Kulasekara 2-37) beat Sri Lanka 165 (Pathirana 45, Gabriel 3-31, Nurse 3-46, Holder 2-16) by 62 runs.
