Pole-axed: Kallis collapses after hit on head by Dilhara (Centurion)
Jacques Kallis was struck a nasty blow on the left earpiece of his helmet by a Dilhara Fernando short ball.
He collapsed next to the pitch with blood coming out of his ear. After treatment, Kallis resumes batting but was out shortly after lunch.
