Duckett pips Rohit as England beat India in thriller: 3rd ODI (Lords)

England claimed a thrilling 27-run victory over India after posting an imposing 387/3, thanks to a brilliant 141 from Ben Duckett and an attacking 91 by Jacob Bethell.

Joe Root anchored the innings with an unbeaten 74, while Jos Buttler provided a late flourish with 41 not out, guiding England to a formidable total.

India mounted a spirited chase, finishing on 360/7, led by a magnificent 138 from Rohit Sharma. Shubman Gill added 77 and Virat Kohli contributed 74.

Despite their efforts, England's bowlers led by Sam Curran (4-75) held their nerve in the closing overs to seal a hard-fought victory and take the win by 27 runs.
