Panicked Aussies drop 9, change skipper for World T20 Cup

Selectors axed Aaron Finch as skipper for the Twenty20 World Cup and dropped 9 players from the team that lost 3-0 to India recently.

Keeper Matthew Wade was dropped in a major reshuffle. Steve Smith was appointed captain and Peter Nevill, who is yet to play limited-overs cricket for Australia replaced Wade. Spinners Ashton Agar and Adam Zampa - both yet to make their international T20 debuts - replaced Test spinner Nathan Lyon.
