Chase century revives Windies after collapse: 2nd Test, Day 1 (Barbados)

All rounder Roston Chase’s second Test hundred,and a defiant record 7th wicket stand with captain Jason Holder lifted the West Indies to 286 for six after another collapse.

Chase struck 17 fours in his unbeaten 131 (207 balls in 309 minutes) and Holder 58 not out after coming together with the Windies in trouble at 154-6. Opening bowlers Mohammad Amir and Mohammad Abbas did the damage with 2 wickets apiece.

West Indies 286 for 6 (Chase 131*, Holder 58*, Abbas 2-47, Amir 2-52) v Pakistan.
