Match fixing corrupts 60% of matches: sting implicates Australia, England, Sri Lanka

An explosive Al Jazeera sting has uncovered widespread match fixing in cricket and questions the validity of 3 matches: India vs Sri Lanka (Galle, July 26-29, 2017), India vs Australia (Ranchi, March 16-20, 2017) and India vs England (Chennai, December 16-20, 2016).

Players from Australia, England and Sri Lanka are implicated for taking money from criminal elements to spot fix matches.

World cricket's governing body, the International Cricket Council, said it was taking Al Jazeera's findings very seriously and has launched an investigation.

"Sixty to 70 percent of matches we can set...involved in match-fixing for "six to seven years" says underworld character Munawar in this expose.
