SL sweep series as Mendis shines again: 2nd T20 (Sylhet)
Kusal Mendis struck 70 as Sri Lanka completed a 2-0 series sweep over Bangladesh with a 75-run victory in the second and final game.
A second straight half-century of the series for the in form Mendis steered Sri Lanka to an imposing 210-4. Opener Danushka Gunathilaka made 42 while Thisara Perera scored 31.
Mahmudullah smashed 41 but the home side slumped to 135 all out in 18.4 overs.
Sri Lanka completed a successful tour with a 1-0 win in the Test series and victory in the Tri Nations ODI Series that also featured Zimbabwe.
Sri Lanka 210 for 4 (Mendis 70, Gunathilaka 42) beat Bangladesh 135 (Mahmudullah 41, Gunathilaka 2-3, Madushanka 2-23) by 75 runs.
