England edge ahead on rain hit day: 2nd Test, Day 2 (Leeds)

Nightwatchman Dom Bess made 49 as England tightened their grip against Pakistan on a rain-shortened second day at Headingley.

In bowler friendly conditions, England pushed their first innings along to 302-7 - a lead of 128 - after persistent drizzle in the morning reduced the day to 59 overs.

England 302 for 7 (Buttler 34*, Curran 16*) lead Pakistan 174 by 128 runs.
