Lakmal knocks over South Africa: 2nd Test, Day 2 (Port Elizabeth)

Suranga Lakmal took 4-39 as Sri Lanka fought back to have a sniff at winning the 2nd Test and take the series over South Africa.

After being set a target of 197 to win, Sri Lanka had knocked off 60 of the required runs for loss of two wickets.

Earlier, Lakmal and Danajaya de Silva (3-36) bowled out South Africa for just 128 with skipper Faf du Plessis playing a lone hand left stranded on 50 not out.

Sri Lanka 154 (Dickwella 42, Rabada 4-38, Olivier 3-61) and 60 for 2 (Oshada 17*, Olivier 1-10) need a further 137 runs to beat South Africa 222 and 128 (du Plessis 50*, Lakmal 4-39, de Silva 3-36).
