England defied the rain and a late New Zealand surge to book their place in the semi-finals.
Alastair Cook hit 64 from 47 balls and James Anderson took 3-32 as England won a rain shortened 24 over match.
England 169 (Cook 64, Mills 4-30, McClenaghan 3-36) beat New Zealand 159 for 8 (Williamson 67, Anderson 3-32) by 10 runs.
