Captaincy crisis: Ross Taylor axed for McCullum, sits out South African tour
Ross Taylor was dumped as captain of New Zealand in favour of Brendon McCullum.
Taylor then made himself unavailable for New Zealand's upcoming tour to South Africa. McCullum's appointment makes him New Zealand's 28th test captain.
