Sangakkara breaks record, inspires SL win: 7th ODI (Wellington)

Veteran Kumar Sangakkara scored an unbeaten 113 and then broke the world record for the most dismissals by a wicketkeeper as Sri Lanka beat New Zealand by 34 runs in the seventh and final match.

New Zealand took the series 4-2.

Sri Lanka 287 for 6 (Sangakkara 113, Dilshan 81, Anderson 3-59) beat New Zealand 253 (Williamson 54, Ronchi 47, Eranga 2-31) by 34 runs.
